"I hired Magnum Opus Mosaics to repair/replace my tile shower floor due to a leak. Philip came in and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue. His professional assessment was thorough and he explained to me, in detail, what he would do to replace the floor. He removed the existing floor all the way down to the subfloor and then waterproofed the entire area. Philip was very informative of what materials he was using and explained the process every step of the way. He assisted my wife and I in matching our existing tile and was highly knowledgeable with products across the board. He even knew the grout color just by looking at ours! We knew we were in good hands. He used levels while setting the floor for proper water shed and is a true artist of his trade. He TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK and maintained a clean work site everyday. We had just moved into our house in December and noticed a major leak coming through our ceiling right underneath our shower and I could not figure it out. I called up Phil and he came out right away and was able to diagnose the issue and started working on getting us a new stone design for the bad portion of our shower. Once he got the material he started the job immediately so we could get back to using our shower. Him and his helper kept a clean job site and got the job done efficiently and quick. The shower looks great and doesn't leak anymore!
