I hired Magnum Opus Mosaics to repair/replace my tile shower floor due to a leak. Philip came in and knew exactly what to do to fix the issue. His professional assessment was thorough and he explained to me, in detail, what he would do to replace the floor. He removed the existing floor all the way down to the subfloor and then waterproofed the entire area. Philip was very informative of what materials he was using and explained the process every step of the way. He assisted my wife and I in matching our existing tile and was highly knowledgeable with products across the board. He even knew the grout color just by looking at ours! We knew we were in good hands. He used levels while setting the floor for proper water shed and is a true artist of his trade. He TOOK PRIDE IN HIS WORK and maintained a clean work site everyday. I wanted to convert my tub into a walk in shower. Phil came and helped my wife and I pick out the tile and design. He was very friendly and patient and did a great job with the consultation. He and his crew always showed up on time and cleaned up well at the end of each day. They got the job done a lot quicker than anticipated too. There were some issues with the subfloor in our home from a previous contractor and he put in a ton of work to correct it and make sure the floor was perfectly level. The walk in shower is absolutely beautiful, he was able to completely customize it to what we wanted and he laid all of the tile perfectly. He paid great attention to detail with our project. We couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

Phil did an excellent job repairing my old 1960s tile shower. I had tiles that were starting to fall off due to moisture, he was able to gut the shower, install new board salvage my original tiles and restore my shower. He not only put focus on fixing and eliminating my problems, but he also made it look great. Great guy, very easy to communicate with, is relatable and trustworthy and takes pride in his work. Highly recommend.
